Prayer to Release it

Click here to manifest your DREAMS and achieve anything through GOD's grace

What does it mean to release?

Release means to let go, to relinquish control. It involves freeing yourself from the burdens and chains that hold you down. In order to release, you must first acknowledge that there are things in your life that are beyond your control. It is only when you come to this understanding that you can truly let go and allow God’s peace and grace to take over.

Bible verse on release – Philippians 4:6-7

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

This scripture encourages us not just to pray about our worries but also recognize what we have gratitude for during such times. When we approach our challenges with a heart of gratitude instead of fear or anxiety then we open ourselves up for God’s peace.

The importance of releasing

Releasing creates space for new beginnings or healthy growths both emotionally or physically amongst others. It helps us realize the things valuable enough for our time and energy; what is worth holding onto. This allows us space for meaningful pursuits as well as the ability move on from certain situations (win some lose some).

To recalibrate regularly causes renewed awareness hence effective decision-making

To learn from previously difficult experiences eases off future decisions / situations similar hence creating new possibilities/ opportunities

To release grudges, pain eases any holding back forwards and reinforces a renewal of faith

A unique prayer for releasing:

Heavenly Father, as we come to you today, we release all our fears and anxieties.

Lord You have made us aware that it is impossible to carry these burdens on our own and so we look to you; as The Psalms states in 55:22 – “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken”. We release all our worries and ask for your peace which passes all understanding Philippians 4:6. Breaths of fresh air in situations true to their causing. Help us find your grace sufficient enough during moments of turmoil.

Taking control without letting go does more despair than progress, so I give you (Name item/ emotion) , please take control.

Forgive us for any resistance we might have towards releasing what is not beneficial for us emotionally or physically amongst others . We trust that once this space created within ourselves new beginnings await- may they be filled with Your infinite wisdom that comes from the Holy spirit.

Grant us courage in replacing fear with an unwavering hope; faith replaces anxiety creating a strengthened relationship with You .Therefore nothing or anyone can rob this peace present in our relationships henceforward. Amen
