The Power of Divine Protection

The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.

Psalm 21 is a beautiful psalm that teaches us about divine protection. In this psalm, we see David expressing his gratitude to God for saving him from his enemies. He acknowledges that it was not through his own strength or power but by God’s grace and love that he was saved.

You set a crown of fine gold upon his head; He asked life of thee and thou gavest it to him.”

We can claim divine protection over our lives through prayer just like David did when he cried out to God for help. When we acknowledge God’s sovereignty over every aspect of our lives and seek His guidance and protection through prayer, we are strengthened spiritually as well as physically.

The Psalmist also acknowledges how God has granted blessings unto him by setting “a crown of fine gold upon his head” after being saved from certain doom (verse 3). It shows how even David recognized that apart from being saved from his enemies, he was rewarded for his faith in God.

Like David affirmed that as a result of him being saved by Divine Protection he became joyful because it was proof that God never deserted Him (Psalm 21:6), We too can rest assured knowing that nothing takes God by surprise or can ever separate His love from us.

We have been given authority over death through Jesus Christ’s body on Calvary; therefore when equipped with faith (Ephesians 6:16) there are no fears too big enough that He cannot quench nor waters deep enough He cannot carry us through

Faith In The Almighty Will Save You

“For you make him most blessed forever; you make him glad with the joy of your presence.”

This psalm reminds us that putting our trust in Almighty protects us always. Having faith in God’s unchanging love and grace is the key to our salvation. Even when we don’t see a way out of our problems, we should believe that God has a plan for us and He will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).

The Joy of knowing His presence sustains through testing times, it gives us the assurance that we are not alone- Through the good or bad times, the valleys or hills; We are kept under His divine protection.

As scripture reminds us: “Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation.” (Psalm 68:19)
