And the peace that transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 A majority of people who feel hopeless during times when they experience panic attacks not only suffer the physical symptoms but also the emotional stress connected with their experience which exacerbates their apprehension regarding whether this terrifying episode will happen again in the future! However taking time daily not only to seek God’s face continually on a regular basis over this problem could offer some Divine strategies towards finding comfort & ease whilst coping calmer through these moments. Finding calm in chaos requires an individual to learn how to manage anxiety levels especially over potential panic attacks and utilizing practical strategies like taking deep breaths or squeezing a stress ball. Nevertheless, Spiritual practices like prayer have been shown to be effective for maintaining hope and promoting calmness amidst distressing periods as described by studies on mental health consequences of faith. Additionally, seeking continued help from God during episodes floods our heart with encouragement- fills us up with the courage to push through each episode plus we could gain useful insights & wisdom from Holy Spirit that will empower our thoughts leading towards sound decision making during these episodes!

Father God, I come before you recognizing that nothing is impossible with you Heavenly Father. You are the great Healer who has given us authority through your Holy Name above all principalities & powers. You said thus far we shall come but not further Lord! With confidence I stand upon your promises today concerning this challenge of panic attacks praying that you interrupt the power it holds over me right now! By faith Lord Jesus (Matt 18:20) immediately any emotion contrary to your perfect peace engulfing me right now giving no space for anxiety or wavering under this present circumstance causing distress in my life again-I renounce all reoccurrence against my mind right now by the Blood which empowers and speaks better things concerning me even where Panic attack tries to dominate my mind on a regular basis releasing power filled Light touching hearts healing minds melting mountains giving new eyes tangibly felt across every moment! Please let The peace of God, which transcends all understanding guard my heart and just overwhelm every thought pertaining Panic as I put it into Your mighty hands completely surrendering myself and trusting in Your love daily bringing light into darkness standing tall fearless because More powerful is He who lives within me than the situation around us! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
